When you order, contact us or join our newsletter, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, shipping address, phone number and order details. If you request a custom portrait, we also store the photo you upload.
How we use it
We use your data to make and deliver your painting, to answer your questions, to send order and shipping updates, and — only if you subscribed — to send you news and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Payments
Card and PayPal payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal. Your payment details go directly to them and are never stored on our servers.
Cookies
We use essential cookies and local storage to remember your cart, wishlist, currency and cookie choice. We only use analytics or marketing cookies if you accept them in the cookie banner.
Sharing
We share data only with the services needed to run the shop — payment providers, shipping carriers and email services — and never sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as required for accounting and legal purposes. Custom-portrait photos are deleted once your order is complete, unless you ask us to keep them.
