Production time

Every painting is made to order. Most are finished in 2–3 weeks; very large or detailed works can take up to 4 weeks. Your painting ships the same day it is finished, and we email you the tracking details.

Free worldwide shipping

Shipping is free with full tracking. Delivery usually takes 5–8 business days after dispatch. Rolled canvases ship in a rigid tube; stretched and framed paintings ship in a reinforced box or crate.

Duties and taxes

Import duties or local taxes, where they apply, are shown at checkout when possible or charged by the carrier on delivery.

90-day happiness guarantee

If your painting is not what you hoped for, contact us within 90 days of delivery. We will repaint it free of charge or refund you in full once it is returned in its original condition.

Damaged in transit

In the rare case a painting arrives damaged, send us a photo within 7 days and we will repaint and reship it at no cost.
