90-day happiness guarantee
If your painting isn't what you hoped for, tell us within 90 days of delivery. We will repaint it free of charge, or refund you in full once it is returned in its original condition.
How to return
Email [email protected] with your order number and a short description. We will send you return instructions. Paintings must be returned rolled or in their original packaging.
Damaged in transit
If a painting arrives damaged, send us a photo of the painting and the packaging within 7 days. We will repaint and reship it at no cost — you don't need to send the damaged one back.
Refunds
Refunds are made to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the return.
Custom portraits
Custom portraits are made from your own photo. If something isn't right, we will rework the portrait until you are happy.
